Our Story

Just 30 minutes from Marrakech, Riad Azelia is a peaceful retreat inspired by Berber architecture and Moroccan traditions. Built with natural materials and artisanal touches, our riad blends comfort, culture, and calm.
We’re more than a guesthouse — we’re a space to reconnect with nature, enjoy simple beauty, and feel at home.
Whether you join a weaving workshop, a yoga session, or just relax in our garden, you’re part of the story we’re creating here in the Ourika Valley

Meet the Founders

The building that is now Riad Azelia was originally a 100-year-old farm. We carefully renovated it using traditional construction methods with local materials.

Our goal was to respect the original structure while turning it into a comfortable and welcoming space for guests

Our Team

Yasmina and Brahim are a Swiss-Moroccan couple who share a love for nature, animals, and meaningful human connections. Born in the 1980s, they speak several languages: German, English, Arabic, and French. They live with their two Cane Corso dogs, Unique and Vera — gentle and loyal companions. Entrepreneurs at heart, they chose to create a space that is simple, warm, and welcoming. At Riad Azelia, their goal is simple: to make every guest feel truly at home
